Tájékoztatás az Európai Bizottság Erasmus+ programot érintő döntéséről

2022. december végén az Európai Bizottság tájékoztatta a Tempus Közalapítványt, hogy a Tanács (EU) 2022/2506 Végrehajtási határozata alapján nem tehető jogi kötelezettségvállalás a 2021. évi IX. magyar törvény alapján létrehozott közérdekű vagyonkezelő alapítvánnyal, illetve az ilyen közérdekű vagyonkezelő alapítvány által fenntartott jogi személlyel. A meghozott intézkedés átmeneti jellegű, az Európai Bizottság további tájékoztatásáig érvényben van.
Az intézkedések nem érintik a folyamatban lévő projektek támogatási szerződéseit, illetve az azok keretében megvalósuló hallgatói, oktatói és munkatársi mobilitásokat sem.
Ennek megfelelően a Debreceni Egyetemen a 2022/2023-as tanévre vonatkozóan meghirdetett és folyamatban lévő projektek keretében finanszírozott mobilitásokat nem érinti a döntés. A már elbírált hallgatói, oktatói és munkatársi pályázatok alapján tervezett mobilitások megvalósítására rendelkezésre áll a szükséges forrás.
A 2023/2024-es tanévre vonatkozó hallgatói tanulmányi, szakmai gyakorlati, oktatói és munkatársi képzési célú pályázatokat a Nemzetközi Iroda a korábbi években megszokott módon meghirdeti. Ezek finanszírozását a már rendelkezésünkre álló folyamatban lévő projekt forrásának terhére oldjuk meg.

Information on the European Commission's decision on the Erasmus+ programme
At the end of December 2022, the European Commission informed the Tempus Public Foundation that no legal commitment could be made on the basis of Council Implementing Decision (EU) 2022/2506 with the public interest trust established under Hungarian Act IX of 2021 or with the legal entity maintained by such public interest trust. The measure taken is temporary and will remain in force until further notice from the European Commission.
The measures do not affect the grant agreements of ongoing projects or the mobility of students, teachers and staff within the framework of such projects.
Accordingly, the decision does not affect the mobilities funded by ongoing projects at the University of Debrecen for the academic year 2022/2023. The necessary resources are available for the implementation of the mobility planned on the basis of the student, teacher and staff applications already accepted.
For the 2023/2024 academic year, the International Office will continue to publish calls for applications for student mobility, internships, teacher training and staff training as in previous years. These will be financed from the funds of the ongoing project already available.
