It is the applicant's responsibility to find and select a host institution and obtain a letter of acceptance.
  • The foreign internship must be part of the student's degree program within any study cycle, and the sending institutions must accept it and ensure that it fully complies with the curriculum structure. • The student has the necessary language skills (the working language required at the host institution) and can prove this in a credible manner during the application assessment.

  • Before starting studies abroad, a written learning agreement with agreed content must be concluded. The activities carried out during the mobility period must fit into the student's training plan.
  • The sending institution is obliged to fully accept the activities undertaken, completed and verified in the learning agreement.
  • At the end of the professional mobility period, the host institution/company abroad must issue a certificate confirming the training program completed and the results achieved.

  • Students must have active student status at the sending institution until the end of their mobility (exception: mobility to be completed within 12 months after graduation).
  • In the case of traineeship mobility, taking into account the specific characteristics of each faculty, the faculties may impose additional special conditions.
  • The student must have active student status at the sending institution until the end of the mobility period (exception: mobility to be completed within 12 months of graduation, in which case the student's status will terminate before the start of the mobility period).
